About the Artwork
The second of my commissions for Knight Errant Games for their Role-Playing Game Heroes’ Tears — High View.
Several things are being showcased in this illustration. First off, the celestial bodies. Several suns (The Ember and Sol) and a silver moon can be seen, as well as that big monstrosity in the sky. Here’s what Martin told me about it:
“There is a thing called The Scar in the sky that is a tear in the hole of reality to the plane of nightmares. Some wizards long ago were mucking about and something got out of hand causing the world’s current undead problem. So this tear in the world is up in the sky radiating evil all over everything.”
Talk about fun, right?! Well, to draw. Not to live next to.
So, I had a ton of fun creating this one. More commissions soon to come!
